I've been trying to fined a decent full-size-but-fold-upwardly table for quite a while at present, and this i turned out to exist exactly what I've been afterwards. Though information technology'south not that perfect bounce (not quite thick & stable plenty) and the seam downward the eye line does (minimally) affect play, the fact that yous can store it in the closet makes up Profoundly for the lack of perfect tournament quality finishes. Its been really fun having a full size table in my NYC apartment to play on and so when not in use being able to easily get it out of sight. The only issue is that the hinges on the back are not recessed into the table (they stick out well-nigh 4mm & will scratch woods hands). And then if you programme to lay this on a apartment table (like a dining tabular array, which is what I'yard doing) yous need to compensate for a few things. Since it wont lay flay I got some thick rubber pads to put under the outter most edge where information technology meets the "nether-table" to give it some lift inwards towards the seam, and some thin rubber in the center to protect the "nether-table" from being scratched by the hinges. We received the production in a box that was barely together. When we opended the box, broken pieces fell onto the floor. We were sooo excited about this and really disappointed when it arrived.

I bought this to go on pinnacle of an air hockey table that I had. This was like shooting fish in a barrel to ready, and with a few minor modifications, is working great for united states of america. The air hockey table had some score keeping units attached to the top that were causing this table to not sit level. I bought some prophylactic spacers/feet and screwed them into the top of the air hockey table, and now this meridian sits prissy and level. The trouble there was with my air hockey table, though, so I exercise not hold that confronting this product. I only have 2 pocket-size complaints about this top. Kickoff, ane of the cyberspace posts arrived completely busted. In reading other reviews, I see that this is a mutual occurrence. I contacted Joola, and inside a few days, had a replacement net set in my mailbox. Super easy, and the service was not bad. Just exist prepared for that possibility. The 2nd is that the seam that runs along the center length of the tabular array, which is where the hinges are on the underside, causes the two sides to be very slightly uneven. This is then small-scale that you can't even actually tell by looking at it, just if you run your manus along information technology, you can feel it. Every one time in a while, the ball will hit it merely correct and it changes the trajectory management of the ball. It makes the states laugh, and our new firm rule is that when that happens, we merely laugh and call "SEAM!" and replay the shot. A super small-scale inconvenience - if you're playing competitive championship-level table tennis, you're non looking at this detail anyway - simply simply exist aware. The table arrived in perfect condition. Set up up took just a few minutes. Sits on my dinner tabular array. I added a table cloth since the hinches could impairment the dinning table's surface. The net is really bad quality and merely 5" loftier. I added ii pens on either post and so that I can bring the net to six" which is the norm. The lines painted on the table are a scrap odd, with a double line running down the middle. The bounce is not as skillful as in a "proper" table , but pretty proficient. The joint in the center line is pretty tight and rarely affects play. Heavy parcel. Will do the trick for weekend apartment ping pong. Plan on keeping it in a closet , since it folds into four.5x2.v' sections.I am happy with the purchase, only I wish I had room for a proper table. ... testify more

PLUSES: The Joola 4-piece Tetra Table Tennis conversion kit was delivered on time on seven/12/2018 to the Bandon, Oregon, Senior Heart. On Friday, 7/13/xviii, it was assembled and the Bandon Mayor and I used it for the start time and loved information technology! MINUSES: I was mislead on Amazon/seller site into expecting that a storage/carrying case with handle was function of the advertised "iv-pieces." Nowwhere I could find a list of e xactly what the "4 pieces" included! On seven/13/18, I talked to 2 Amazon customer service reps (the starting time one didn't understand my questions and simply kept repeating herself and was no assist at all). The second rep agreed with me that the photo showing a man and conveying case with the conversion kit was very misleading! Also, the 2nd rep could not find a carrying/storage case that fit the size of the kit as I was willing to brand that extra purchase. ... testify more

My married man and son having been playing table tennis on pieces of plywood counterbalanced beyond sawhorses, then this was a great improvement. Since we aren't using this on top of a pool tabular array, stability is a scrap of an outcome, but here is how we managed it: Two inexpensive folding tables placed nearly each end plus a premium net that clips on with heavy leap clips. This net organisation keeps the middle of the table house while the folding tables agree each side up. They can play on the dorsum porch and it doesn't accept too much endeavor to fold it all away. Plus, the whole thing is easier to shop that an actual table tennis table. The net that came with the conversion meridian was inexpensive and one of the posts was admittedly crushed in transit, merely I oasis't requested a replacement because we actually needed something better to aid with stability. ... evidence more
